Shipping policy

How do we ship?
We use UPS(United Parcel Service) and Canada Post. Delivery times within the United States will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 5-12 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days. For specific delivery lead times, please contact us with your request before placing your order. We are not responsible for any loss of products following shipment from our address (or that of our agents) to the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order. Shipping charges are added to your checkout automatically and if applicable our intention is to charge you exactly (or if exactness isn't easily possible then as close as possible to) what we have to pay for your shipping. Any shipments outside of the United States or excessively large and/or heavy, we may have to work out the shipping rates and add any additional amount required after it's figured out with the shipper. Out-Of-Stock, Special Orders, Additional Quantities?
If you notice that a product that you are seeking is "Out Of Stock" , it may have just recently sold out, or it may be a new product that we are awaiting stock of, or in some cases it may be a product that we don't actively stock but can Special Order in for you. If there's a product you're looking for that we don't carry feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help you source it! Ages and usage and legality?
Everything is sold for legal purposes only! We cannot sell anything to you if it's illegal to purchase the item in your jurisdiction, or if you are underage and selling to you could therefore be problematic for us. Generally, we follow a minimum age of 21. Our payment and shipping setups require that an adult pays for every order, and an adult signs for every shipment, nothing on the site is for sale to minors. 21+.

Payment Methods?
All prices are in US Dollars. Any credit card purchases will show on your statement as being with "Chosty". Our primary payment methods are: Visa / MasterCard / American Express. Payments are processed only if your Shipping Address verifies and matches the credit card's registered Billing Address when we confirm it using the Address Verification System.

Can we ship to a different address than your card's Billing Address?
For smaller orders and if you have a logical reason, then please contact us with your request. Extra verification steps may need to be confirmed prior to shipping. For larger orders, NO - sorry, generally we cannot. Due to a shockingly high rate of credit card fraud, we can only ship larger orders to your credit card's billing address (verified using the Address Verification System - AVS).

How quickly do we ship?
Orders typically processed within 1-2 business days, depending on availability of products. If product is listed as "Sold Out" please use the re-stock notification button/form found in the product description section of the product page.

Can we ship to your country?
Depending on the region and the item(s) in the order, we may or may not be able to fulfill the order to your International destination. For international customer inquiries, please email us at hello@chosty.com and we will do our best to process your order. Chosty, it's staff, employees, and 3rd party services Chosty uses, are not responsible for any additional fees associated with shipments. This includes sales taxes, import fees, duties and any other fees associated with receiving an international parcel. This responsibility is solely upon the customer. Before ordering to a International address, please ensure you're familiar with your countries laws and regulations on importation of goods sold on Chosty. 

Shipping for Return and Exchanges All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take appropriate action to insure your package(s) correctly. Chosty or any of it's employees and/or representatives are not responsible for lost packages in the mail.
